02 / From estimate to completion

A clear path.
From start to finish.

You don’t need to have every answer before getting in touch. Here’s a simple look at how we move from your first idea to a final walkthrough.

Our approach to safety starts with planning the work, considering site conditions, and keeping work areas orderly.

We focus on the details, with workmanship checks along the way and a review of the finished scope at walkthrough.

We aim to keep work moving through coordinated schedules, material planning, and communication between trades.

  1. Discuss the scope & site.

Share your goals, plans, location, and timing. We’ll talk through the scope and arrange a site review as needed.

  2. Review a written scope & estimate.

Review what’s included, the estimate, assumptions, and any decisions still to be made before moving forward.

  3. Agree on the contract & schedule.

Confirm the terms, responsibilities, and project timing together before work begins.

  4. Work begins. Stay informed.

Follow the project through progress updates and discuss changes that may affect the scope or schedule.

  5. Walkthrough, punch list & closeout.

Review the work together, identify any punch-list items, and coordinate the final details for project closeout.
