Electrical is a specialty within our general contracting work
Discuss electrical scope, lighting, conduit work and temporary-power needs with Eminent Constructors as part of your construction project.
Coordinate electrical work with the wider build
Electrical requirements affect layouts, equipment choices and construction sequence. Tell us what the space or equipment needs to do, what is already installed and which parts of the project are changing. We can discuss the electrical scope alongside general contracting work rather than treating it as an isolated finish item.
Topics for the first conversation
- Lighting and equipment locations shown on the project plans.
- Existing conditions and access to the areas involved.
- Conduit, wiring and distribution requirements that need review.
- Coordination with other trades and any expected interruption to the space.
Project requirements come first
The specific scope, required qualifications and applicable approvals must be reviewed for each project. B100 and E100 are general building and general engineering classification names—not evidence of an electrical license. Gallery photos show electrical assemblies and installation details without promising ratings, certification or suitability for another installation.
